BGO Entertainment was founded in 2012 by business partners Richard Skelhorn and Alexander Holt as a vehicle to consolidate their numerous online business interests into one company. The launch of BGO Entertainment is announced as part of a global business strategy to bring all elements of the entertainment and gaming business together.
